Local Band Gear Return Policy

Every Product we sell is Made as a Special Order

All items sold on our site are customized and created on demand at the time of purchase. We hold no inventory. We would be happy to replace or refund your customized order if it arrives flawed or damaged. In the rare case of that happening, please contact us and include your order number along with a photo of the issue for quick processing. This can be done by using the contact us button on lower right section of the website. We regret that customized products can’t be returned for any other reason.

Size Matters

Since all of the items we sell are customized, it’s important to pay close attention to buying the item that would fit most properly. We have created an extensive Size Guide on our website that explains the various sizes based on the different brands we sell. Our product listings will include not only information about the details of the items, but it will also include the name of the manufacturer. Please note that when you are adding products to the cart, you’re paying close attention to the item’s size. By checking the box at checkout, you’ve recognized you’re aware of our policy.

 

We Still Want to Make Things Right

Both Local Band Gear and the bands you support want to make you happy. In the event that you made a purchase and it just doesn’t fit correctly, we still want to be there to help. Reach out to us using our Contact Us button (lower right corner of our website) and we will sell you another item at a discounted price.  You can either keep your original item or donate it to the band directly. Together we support local artists.
